Technology

Construction Concept
Our Design and Development Department takes into account customer requirements, individual problem solutions, and process requirements. The plant concept is planned using modern 3D CAD technology (Autodesk Inventor).
Production
IEM FörderTechnik GmbH focuses on quality. At our in-house production facility in Kastl, we design and produce the majority of the IEM components. In-house production enables fast order processing. We have a manufacturing and assembly area of more than 5000 square meters and large vertical range of production that ensures the availability of IEM components at all times.
Assembly
We have experienced, long-time employees working for our customers worldwide. Our fitters ensure safe, reliable, and on-schedule construction of the system.
Commissioning
As a high-performance partner, we demand technical expertise and local knowledge, plant and process safety from our staff. Documentation
All information about the IEM system is recorded and documented with the aid of various CAD representations. All operations, such as maintenance and repair intervals are recorded in writing.
After-sales Service
